Red Tail Lights Anyone??
I know before, that people were talking about getting their tail lights sprayed a "candy apple red". My question is, has anyone gotten this done yet or have any pictures of the finished product?? I'm getting really tired of that ugly amber color, at this point I just want to find some way (that is very nice-looking, yet affordable) to get rid of it. Thanks in advance!

I was suppose to do it, but I haven't had the time to get my car dropped off yet. The place that I'm going to is called "Body Pros" located in my area.
They do very nice job and i'll trust them! I hear they only charge like $60 and it comes with a lifetime warranty!
My other project though is getting a set of 95-96 and clearing out the bottom with solid red on top. It's been done before so I know I can probably get it done also!

Clear on the bottom & red on the top!!!! That's what I dream of! I neeeeed to do that! It would look amazingly sweet. You need to keep us updated Tony, I'm VERY interested in seeing how you do this & I'm sure that many other people are too. I want that on my car & soon! You've got me all psyched up now, I thought it was impossiblt to do unless you spend a mere $1200 from you know where. This will def. be a fun project.

i would just go to the nearest hobby shop and buy the transparent candy apple red spray paint... Do it youself, it will only cost like $5 for the can... Usually it will last about 3 years, then start to fade... If you have an air compressor w/ the painting ish.... it will come out looking like some special OEM tail lights.....
