20's or 18's dropped.What looks nicer
Sorry for all the posts but I plan on doing rims soon and am debating on either 20inch rims or 18's with a 1inch or 1.5inch drop. What in your opinions looks nicer. Will the 18's dropped rub. Which looks the best.

19's with an inch drop from Eibach's might work really well.
I have 18's and plan on dropping it with Eibach prokits from a Supra TT which will drop it lower than the ones made for Lexus.
I believe the ones from the Supra will drop it 1.3 inches in the front, 1 inch in the rear.
Good Luck!

I vote for the 20's WITH a 1" drop. I think the SC has some of the largest wheel well diameters. My 18's look small in comparison.
However, if cost is your concern, then definitely not 19's because of the tire cost, 20" are pricey as well, 18's are CHEAP.

My Soarer's only got 17's... and stock height too! Kinda embarrassing
But I reckon a set of nice 18's or 19's with a 1~1.5" drop all round would look real slick.
I'd love a set of Lowenhart LD1's (19s) and slightly dropped... now that would be slick!

Personally, I think the SC works best with 19's due to the low profile of the car...20's look better on a large body car like the LS and GS...
I had the option to do 20's on my SC and I opted for 19's instead. Also, with 19's, you get a LOT of choices in terms of wheel designs...20's are bit more limited in terms of style.
19's do cost more in terms of wheels and tires but I think it's worth it...it looks better than 18"...

Why spend 6000 on lowenhardt 20s when you can spend 1000 less and buy some of those spinning 20s. Thats when you know your a true pimp, when your wheels are still spinnin when the cars stopped
