Default How do you remove 98+ Dash?

I have looked all over google and the forums, I can only find the pre 97- dash removal. I have found the 2 screws in the cup holder hole. But I dont know how to remove the wood grain around the shift gate, to get the rest of the screws. Any help would be appreciated!

the same way you remove all the other dash 92-2000, screws are in the same place.

Yea the DIY will work the same. Only difference for the shift plate is the design, but the wood trim surround pops up the same way as the 92-97 shift plate.

Never hurts to ask, be gentle and everything should be fine.
