Default Warmer AC air drivers side

I'm having an AC distribution problem that hopefully someone can help with.
I have a 92 SC400 that blows a bit warmer air on the drivers side center and left end vents. The passenger side blows nice and cold but it's coming out about 10 degrees warmer on the drivers side. I did the diagnostic check and got 00 which means all is good with the servo motors, sensors etc. I made sure the heating valve is fully closed as well on the HW coolant line just to make sure there is no flow to the heater core.
Anyone have any clues? Could it be an air blending issue and if so how do I get to that door?
Much appreciated!

It's not too bad but on 90+ days which is all we are getting here in New York this summer it would be nice to maximize the cooling especially if it's an easy air mix fix.

Evaporator is on the passenger side, so you're going to feel a temp increase on A/C. It should level off as all the ducting starts to cool.

Change your cabin air filter....Sounds like it's stopped up.
