I just bought an SC300 and got it home to find that the windshield wipers only work in high speed. They do not return to the normal position when you turn them off either. I have searched everywhere in here and have found no mention of a location of a wiper relay. I already removed the steering wheel to inspect the wiper switch voltages and the voltage is there. I have also looked underneath the driver's side fender to look ath the harnes and it all looks good. There are a bunch of relays behind the kick panel but I can't find which one is which. Also is there a diagram out there for the wipers or a full schematic for the whole car?

Dude. i had this problem too. execpt mine would only turn on when i hit like 65mph
