I can see where the OP is going with this. Perhaps in Japan its been done, as they're known for doing things of that nature. Other then that, CL members have made home depot lips (search), custom side skirts (search), and attempted other things.
As far as taking OEM parts and adapting them to SC, I haven't seen any. Seems like a hassle unless you had lots of time, and the skills. It defiantly would not be cost efficient to have a shop do the work.

I am interested to see pictures of any. Although I have a feeling they'll come from Japan. UZZ-TT always has some crazy pictures. Maybe he will surface and shed some light...? He provided that SC/BMW/Honda pictured above.

 

sorry that a friend of yours passed away...but that car was atrocious regardless. looks like an ambulance. I'm sure there were people with better taste back then too.

 

3rotor nailed it. BMW grille, with JDM Odyssey lights...it looks "ok", but still much better than the G35 tails.
