I am the 3rd owner of the car. My mom didn't know how to read a friggin' Carfax report.

SP doesn't push for F-MAX. No one pushes for F-MAX, probably not even F-MAX. SP pushes for their own tubular HKS base manifold.
You are WAYYY misinformed about my car. The only problems I've had were the timing belt, and the tranny--making too much power, even for a built transmission.
When you're making as much power as Ethan, hmm, I'd expect some things to go wrong. He's gone through 2 motors:
A. The first motor--fuel solenoid on the dyno went bad. His engine mgmt. nearly saved the day. That motor sounded like a diesel truck anyways...there was a lot of valve tap to begin with.
B. The second engine popped when his tranny misshifted and revved to 10000+ rpms. Maybe partially SP's fault since it was an SP tranny; SP definitely "took care" of Ethan after that and cured the situation.
He's the test rat for the really high HP N/A-t stuff. What do you expect?
I'm not standing up for SP. Just stating the facts.

This is exactly the info I've been looking for. Thanks guys! I've seen your car Ethan, at SP as well as 75th. Talk about a sleeper
Guess, I'm going to have to stop by and talk to Larry. Who's car is there with the nice blown hood? Little nitrous backfire.

Cory, what is the transmission situation right now anyways? Did you end up going with a 3000-stall Turbo 350? And as far as Ethan's car, for something that's going to be a single digit car at some point, I think three motors is pretty reasonable considering everything, especially when you consider the bad luck. And Cory, the fact that you turbo'd your whip at well over 100k miles and have had so little problems is damn good proof of reliability of the GE motor and of the turbo kit. As far as the belt, no one seems to believe this is a non-interference motor when we tell them! Ethan, I wanna see some timeslips soon bro......

Still going with that setup, just a tad bit bigger stall. Stuff is taking so long because I want to do it right the first time. Ya know?
We are very near completion. I will definitely be back to probably market the setup when I am done.
