I'm a bit rusty, but IIRC its telling you the timing belt was done at 100k KM...

Yes it is a 1jz vvti cover
I was thinking that the pump was change the timing belt was missing of off the motor. But it came with a maf and other stuff

The Japanese text literally reads "Tai-min-gu-be-ru-to " (Timing Belt) and it says to change the belt every 100,000 km.
