What years R154 for 95 sc300?


I picked up a sc300 a few months ago from a beat up dealer in New Egypt, NJ.

I dont know what Happened to the sound but i bought it like this
The ripped seats..
The Dents..you will see what i am talking about.

Anyway i plan on either doing the NA-T or the 1jz but if i can get a gte head ill go that way but either way i want about 500-550rwhp

any R154 will work just need to know that the bellhousing and rear shifter area might need to be swapped out or modded shifter lever.

R154 do not come as an option for SC's in America.

R154 comes from Turbo Supra Mark III 1986-1992 USDM only. (7MGTE+R154)
R154 comes from Turbo Supra Mark III 1986-1992 JDM only. (1JZGTE+R154)
R154 comes from Turbo Soarer 1986-1991(JDM Z20 SC300) . (7MGTE+R154)
R154 comes from Turbo Soarer 1991-2000 (JDM Z30 SC300) . (1JZGTe+R154)
R154 comes from Turbo Chaser 1977-2000 (JDM only). (1JZGTe+R154)

Some stuff I can think of. Please correct if I'm wrong.

If you are thinking of doing a conversion without too much modding to the tranny, find a complete Soarer 1JZGTE+R154. That will save some headache dealing with the extension, bellhousing, and other parts. It's a Japanese version of SC300.
