well the swirling of air is good but adda big metal peice and the fact that the metal is not supper smooth and you endup with alot of restriction wich as everyone else has said will slow the car down. If you put one of those windmill on a stick you see kids with in front of the car that will work to LOL

I got about 30-40 HP improvement off the tornado.
Man... some people just don't appreciate good engineering when they see it.
Best $75 bucks I ever spent.
Dude seriously. Click on the link you posted. Click on anthonydominguez10 feedback number. And read all of the feedback on the POS tornado he sells. That will answer your own question. Anyone dumb enough to buy one of these deserves what they get. It's like a capitalist version of Darwinism.
