You'll need calipers, rotors, hardware/shim kit and a new set of pads. Your old set are a completely different design that won't work with the LS calipers. You'll need to source a set of LS caliper bolts as well. You could also grind down the bottom of one of the SC bolts to clear the rotor the top one will clear just fine; using a 3mm lock washer will accomplish the same thing. Some people have said they needed to grind part of the caliper to clear part of the mounting point, I didn't have to on mine.

Well, most common car that pull to one side when braking is caused by seized up caliper.
If your pulling to the left, that means that your front right caliper is probably seized up due to it not being able to move and slide.
Your guide pins are most likely the cause for the caliper seizing up. Check the boots that protects and lubricate the guide pins. If there are any rip in the boot or it looks too damn old, water and salt may have enter and the grease may have dissolved in the mixture.
Other suggestion from CL member are great also. Other suspension problem can cause this symptom as well. We can only inform you the common fix for the common problem.

As mentioned usually a pull to one side will be a faulty caliper seizing up and on its way out. My SC300 is starting to do the same and you can not only hear it make noise its also generating tons of brake dust in comparison to the other wheels. If your one side has major brown dust from brake dust theres your culprit otherwise it may be a bad alignment or worn / destroyed suspension pieces but more then likely the caliper.
