Last night I had a theory for a new lip. What if I bought the acs rep front bumper and cut out the lip looking part of it. and added it to my 97+ front bumper. Thinking of this because there is no way that I can find a big win or vertex at the momment. Please shed light. Positive or negative is welcome.

That sounds redundant and counterproductive, I mean, if you've already spent an amount of *insert price tag here* on it, why not just keep the AC rep bumper "as is" since it already looks like the '97+ bumper with a lip on it?

What he said! After you spend $$$$$ on the lip just to cut it up to fit an oem bumper sounds like too much work IMO. Go with the ac front stick with and kept your 97 bumper just in case?
I actually had the acs bumper and it was cool for a while but a knock off is still a kmock off. I got it professionaly fitted and after the accident with a road puppy the acs bumper was torn to pieces. I think spending 150 for the rep bumper amd cutting it up is still alot cheaper than buying a big win for 300. And a acs front is not a 97 it kinda looks like it but no money imo.
