replacing alternator, need help.

hey guys im replacing my alternator tomorrow and i need some help. is there a detailed diy out there that you guys can point me to? thanks guys!

Lets see...
If you're good you could leave the fan in place, but since it's only 4 bolts, I would take it off.
The alternator itself has 1 nut on the top and 1 long bolt on the bottom. Also on the bottom there is a bracket (holds the trans lines going to the radiator) that is in the way, there is 1 bolt there too. Other than that, the only other nut to take off is the one one the alternator that is going to the battery.
If you need more help, PM me.

Its decently easy. The only "problem" I had was figuring out how the hell to get it out of there after it was all unbolted and such. I just did mine not long ago, and didnt take me long at all. Its two bolts actually. Basically, take the belt off, take the nut off on the top and the bolt off the bottom then unclip the big clip in the back, then unscrew the battery cable going down to the alternator. Then do the opposite! Hope this helps a little bit.
