Just take the whole assembly out....It's easy and you won't want to kill something because you are trying to replace the bulbs with the housing still in the bumper....Take out the assenbly, you will thank me.

On my 95, the bulb does not "twist" off. It is held in place by a metal clip. which looks like an unbent paper clip. Besides, it is so very easy to remove the housing, I'm not sure why anyone would try to change the bulb with the housing still in the bumper.

trust the OP, taking out the entire assembly lets you see exactly what you're doing. I've tried swapping out bulbs by feel and it's a pain in the ***.
If you have skinny wrists and small hands, you can undo the 2 bolts in the back and the screw on the top easily through the opening in the lower grill.

Looks like you have a 92 when they were cornering lights. I guess in 95 when they went to true fogs, they changed the way the light was held in. Trust me though, these bulbs do not screw in. You place them in the slot were they sit and then you use a paper clip looking clip to hold them in place.

If you jack the car up on the side your changing it makes getting to the bulb pretty darn easy. I can change mine in about 3 min total. Takes me longer to jack the car up then to take out/replace the bulb. Once you know how the clip works I don't think that there is a need to take the entire fog light out.
