So these valve covers are an absolute nightmare. The tutorial on lexls is for..well an ls. On the Sc400, the engine sits in there a little differently. I am just hoping to ge the drives side done. The last bolt nearest the firewall is damn near impossible to get out. Then I look at the throttle body plus Trac unit and well frankly that scares the shiznit outta me as that has to come off too. I'll probably take it somewhere to get the passenger side fixed. blah. I was doing so good too!

dude its really not that bad. just unbolt the throttle body and lay in on the other side. its literally 4 bolts. then you have the same access as you did on the driver side. dont forget to reseal the half moons otherwise its still going to leak!

I wish it were only 4 bolts to remove. There is a whole ton of other ***** to remove before I can even think about taking off the 4 bolts that secure it to the intake manifold.
