Not too hard to do.
Remove the cup holder near armrest to reveal two screws.
Open ash tray lid to allow leverage to remove shifter trim to reveal another set of screws.
Once the screws are removed the console trim should be able pop out, held in place by "push in snaps", if that's what they are called.
Remove all associating plug harnesses, I believe three to completely disconnect the trim from the car.
You should have access to the screws/bolts holding the radio and climate control box now.
