I would personally sell both and buy a '00 SC400 and tastefully mod it while making sure I save a good chunk of the money for a rainy day

well the bad about our lexus sc3/4 is that if we get in to a little fender bender it will most likely be a total. Our cars are old and to the insurance company not worth much. Its kind of investing money into something that isnt worth much. On the other hand the mustang is newer and well is a stick shift since its a gt? well if your sc was stick it would be just as fun and its more rare than a mustang. Good luck.

Good choice. stangs are a dime a dozen. But if you dump a lot of $$$$$ into the SC be ready to hold on to it forever and ever and ever...............and ever

If it was me I would sell the mustang cuz they are every where. Its a me to car lol. You could put 10k into your sc and have everthing you want out of it. I just upgraded from a 1987 nissan 300zx to a 1995 sc300 and i am overwhelmed. I see all this bad *** potential and all the plans and things I am going to do to make the sc a beautiful beast. You don't see the SC's on the road as often as you see a stang.

Forget what I said earlier. Sell both cars and get a 2000 SC400 like Hil said. Get a catback exhaust, intake, headers, and wheels on the new SC and you'll be good to go.

if ur brother doesn't have car then give the mustang to him and make a deal that he should split the money when the car is sold.

depends on what your plans are... if its gonna be daily i say keep the mustang because its newer.. mustang may be a dime a dozen but it all comes down to what the car is used for... i know im gonna get flamed for this but i would keep the mustang and sell the sc it makes the most since in reality.

Mustangs have become somewhat of a chick-car from what I've been noticing in the past few years. At least yours is a GT with the V8. Personally, I prefer the looks of the face-lifted 2010 models. Still though, Mustangs are a dime a dozen and we see them all over the road. The point I'm trying to make is that the SC is much more unique than the relatively common place Mustang.

My advice is that you should only keep the SC only if you really love the car and intend on keeping it for the foreseeable future. Otherwise, a newer car is a newer car.

i have to be honest ----i used to love the old mustangs--the 5.0's from the 80's and early 90's-----these newer ones have no sex appeal to me at all---, generic, mass produced, american mediocrity at its best.

big deal their fast-----their also ugly and common as hell

the mustang is worth a good amount of money---sell it and dont look back

-- u dont have to dump all your money into crazy upgrades for your sc-----u can just sit on it and smile

i wish i was faced with this choice

good luck Mr SCVIOLENCE
