KICKASS! Another SC owner from Colorado!
Don't buy the white one on Craigslist listed as "1994 LEXUS SC400 SPORT CAR". The car is a p.o.s. and the guys selling it are extremely sketchy. They told me, after I test drove it, that if I bought it they would need to mail the title to me. I only took a quick glance under the hood and under the car but from what I saw Im pretty sure its a salvage title and theyre trying to hide it.
Theres no such thing as a Lexus in a salvage yard in CO, unless its an RX or LX

i have an sc400 and am doin a 1jz swap. this is taking me roughly 2 weeks, and my knowledge with cars has grown so much, actually doing this work. Before I didnt know much. I dont know about sc300 guys, but im sure a 1jzgte swap in a car that already has an existing 1jz just, not TT, should be relatively easy. Personally, I think thatd be a great parts car. Sell parts from it, you could make your money back and a lot extra as well. Or buy an sc300 for like, 2g? if you have 3 to spend, maybe even 2500? and you could use the 500$$ one for parts for it.

depends what people want. My old s13 was stripped to nothing but frame rails in like, 2 months? so, i made some good cash off that...and i know you guys in the states go wild over sc series, and everyone wants parts.
