How long does your guys light stay on after starting your car? Lately if my car sits for a while and cools down, it'll stay on for a second, maybe two (at the most) after initial start up, then go away. If i turn it off and crank it again, the light doesn't stay on. Oil level is fine but i haven't tested the pressure yet, I lack the tools to do so.

Car usually cranks 3-5 times before starting, so i figure that would be enough turns for the oil pump to get to full pressure. Just trying to find out if this is common.

My light goes off about a second after I start the car. I've never had it stay on any longer than that though.
