Maybe a long shot, but here we go. If you run the tank empty or super low it could cause the fuel pump to overheat. Fuel helps keep the pump cool, I usually never run it past a 1/4 tank.
Do you hear a fuel pump whine when you turn the key to the on position? If not, you may need a pump.

after running a tank dry, sometimes you have to prime the fuel system again before being able to start the car. I've seen it happen on Hondas, but not sure about Lexus. Pull the feed line to the fuel rail, turn your key to ON position and continue until you see fuel shoot out. Remember to have a container to catch the fuel.
I don't remember why, but I've seen this happen to a few of my friends civics in the past. Something about air pressure buildup not bypassing the injectors, so it prevents fuel from feeding down the line. In Gasoline engines its not common, unlike diesel systems that will absolutely not start if there is any hint of air in the system.
If you do this and you don't get fuel, then your fuel pump and/or fuel pump ecu might be bad. Put 12v straight to your pump and see if it kicks on, if it does, then the fuel pump ecu might be bad. To test this you can jump two ports on the diagnostics to bypass this. Don't remember the exact ports, but im sure you could find it on here.
This is all only if your car isnt even cranking. Your initial post lacks much information to diagnose a starting issue. Does it crank and not start? Does it not turn over at all? These are questions that are helpful in the troubleshooting process. Not trying to lecture or anything, everyone on here is nice about it unlike other places like H-T where you get ripped for not supplying this info.
Anyway, good luck.
