Default hazy wood trim

so my wood trim is pretty hazy/milky looking..i found a couple things but no real fix for this..most of the posts where pretty old some said sanding and then using a polish others pointed to an all in one type solution but no one said for sure or had before/after pics

so just curious by now if anyone has a for sure answer for this and pics..would definitely be appreciated

Well, I haven't done it so I may be FOS here, but one thing to remember is that the wood veneer is microscopically thin . . seriously! I'd be really careful about doing anything more than polishing it.

vinyl wrap is out..i want to keep the stock int. as much as possible..if i have to ill buy new/used in good shape wood trim pieces but if theres something i can do about it ill give it a shot first..worst case i buy new ones anyway
and yea i heard they are paper thin as well but the clear on top of it should have a little something to it...thats why im trying to get peoples attention that might of actually did this..i hear what people suggest but no before and afters so im ...hesitant to try anything just yet

Take the wood out, polish them and wax them, it has a layer of clear coat and its just like the exterior, it needs care.
