Looks ugly on anything. Some of those fin style vents would look better, if anything.

Edit: Actually, I googled, and I only found one SC with finned vents and it was uuuugly. The only custom hoods I ever see have those bulging center vents on track cars.

the only car that I think looks decent with it is the S2000's. Even then I thinks its iffy.

That does make me curious how the cutout would look like for the SCs, but regardless it looks tacky in general. Even on the Supras.

With a Lexus smooth and sexy lines, I dont think cuts in a hood is a good idea and it does look dated like Migs mentioned.

That looks terrible on a Supra and even worse on an SC. Both cars are too nice to be having holes in the hood.
