So I tried to post on buyer/seller feedback forum but I guess I can't just yet. I'll post here.
I bought a pair of 1996 black leather seats from T70 Supra a week ago, he is a relatively nice guy, answered all of my questions and within 30 min, I sent him a paypal payment for the seats.
I then wrote him numerous pm's asking him to confirm a few things including the function of the seats, and asked him to please package the seats nicely so they don't get damaged during shipping.
He sent the package really quickly, within 3 days I believe. I couldn't be happier.
Today I went to pick up the seats, and to my surprise, the seats are wrapped in 1 thin layer of plastic.... My heart literally dropped.. I then looked closely, and the driver side seat has a 1.5 inch tear with a lot of scratches on the seat.... I don't know why anyone would send a 70lb seat in a layer of plastic wrap thats not meant to protect anything...
I am asking for my money back, I refuse to pick up the package in this condition and I have requested a refund from the seller and filed a claim with greyhound. This is my first experience buying from CL.. Can't believe this is happening.

BTW, by no means am I saying this is all his fault, he did ship the item really fast, and he did answer my questions, but I believe he is partly responsible for this, wrapping a 70lb seat in one thin layer of plastic shouldnt happen.. I will post pictures tonight.

That sucks, hopefully he will refund you drama free and it will end well. I've only had good experiences with buying stuff here, hell the first thing I bought on Club lexus was a car.

ClearP,
Posting in the forums is a very bad way to resolve this or any classifieds issue.... use the PM feature, phone number, email to the seller. If that doesn't work, use the iTrader feedback feature. I'll get notified of the problem and review the concern. If the facts are documented and the issue bad enough + the seller doesn't work to try to resolve it, they will lose access to the classifieds or all of CL.
