Is there any way to lower the car while keeping that stock luxurious feel?

My coilovers float pretty good on the soft setting.

Im very happy with my Coilover set. I ordered a set of BC Racing coilovers from an advertiser here. And I was able to specify and custom order softer spring rates (12k/8k)

I would say that my ride quality is still "luxurious" even running 19's with 35series.
And the soft springs allow for plenty of suspension travel, regardless of my ride height. And the dampening adjustment is very effective on these coilovers.
Even slammed to a meer 1" of clearance on my frame rails, the ride is still smooth. Never bouncy or jerky. (though she does bottom out when slammed that low - mainly due to my softer springs)

It was a great $1000 investment.

The BCR kit should give you a pretty decent ride while allowing a lower ride height. They can do this becuase they are dual-height adjustable, so you don't lose shock travel as you lower.

If you're interested in a kit or want more info feel free to PM us

Thanks for the help guys,

I love the way my stock suspension feels but the look of it is just not very good.

I already have 20's with low pros and that affected the feel of the ride quite a bit.

I just hate loking at my car sitting so high--it desperately needs to be dropped a few inches.

I still dont know which direction I am going to go but thanks for letting me know my options.

Thanks again guys much appreciated.

Surprised no ones mention the Tein Comfort Sports yet. Pretty pricey, but everyone says the ride is "better than stock"..

Just select a coilover with a softer spring rate. My H&R's are 9.2kg/mm F and 5.1kg/mm R and it feels probably about 20-30% stiffer than stock. Over my worn original shocks it actually feels like it rides better over dips and imperfections. I'd recommend them as an inexpensive alternative to the Tein CS's. Alternatively, run the Gixxer_drew setup with conservative spring rates if you're looking for near-stock comfort.
