dpakman91, the interior, you can definitely do it yourself. For the tough to reach spots, so you really think a detailing shop would go out of their trouble to reach them?

The vents, the dust inside, you can definitely buy detailing brush that can access those places. Or even look around your house, like the vents, even a cotton swap (Q-tip) can get to those areas.

Open the door and use a wet cotton towel to wipe down the dust/dirty in between the creases. There's really no place you can't get to if you take your time at it.

For the leather, products like Lexol, Zaino's Leather In a Bottle, or Leatherique (i kno i spelled this wrong) to clean condition and restore it. For the dash, use the vinylex or other type of cleaner/protector. If you clean your car often, you can almost always get a new car look and smell everytime you get in your car. It just makes you feel good about your car. It's a Lexus, it's clean, it's like new and gosh darnit, you bet it's an obession
