tonight i finally got down to pick up my ic piping.

but i've had an idea for the longest to create new bfi and today it got done
what we used for a prototype box , my apexi intake and some insperation








bfi complete here but this is where most or all people stop and where creativity kicks in.









intake tucked inside the bfi box for a sealth look and design








after 20 min of driving i feel the car jerk really hard lilke it had more torque

There's a stock replacement K&N filter. Wouldn't it be easier to put that then cut the front of the BFI just like how you did yours?

yea but i had the apexi for a long time now and wanted to try somthing different with the box thiers somany different versions and i wanted my own so i cam up with this

Got it... I'd do the same if I had the extra parts laying around. I think that eventually, I'll do the mod I mentioned except, i really don't want to mess up the OEM part. Maybe I'll buy an extra box.

na bro i drove my car all day the power gain was tremendious. it was a night and day difference and the apxi on the dyno was already a 15hp gain.

I have to give you props for the effort. I wonder if anyone else on here has done that with the 2J? I have the 400 with a K and N drop in and a built BFI. I could tell a difference in mind, not much, but it was well worth the effort I put in. Mine also has a nice sound.
