Default Another "Will This Wheel Setup Fit" Thread

Okay I'm in the market for some wheels and I was told by a guy I know that 19x9.5 up front and 19x10.5 in the back with a +20 offset all around the car would look aggressive as hell on my SC. I am lowered on Tanabe springs but that is it. What do I have to do to make this fit and does anyone else have this exact setup so I can get a look at it before making any final decisions?

What tire sizes are you going to use?

Sounds like some tire stretching is required if you are wanting to drop the car a bit more without the wheels poking.

I have no idea lol. The guy said to make sure the tires stretch big time. So I'm assuming a tire size that isn't supposed to fit those wheels in the first place in order to get the stretched look? Lol.

Do you actually want the stretched look? I'm using 275's on my 10.5's and there's a slight stretch.

9.5 in the front is not aggressive on an SC.

10.5 in the rear will make the rim flush w/ fender.

tire stretch/need depends on your drop, inner fender clearance, and camber.

If you dont know the ins-and-outs about running stretched tires, you probbaly shouldn't run stretched tires.

Well the setup I mentioned above the guy said would make my SC look badass. What would you guys recommend if this isn't a good idea?

the wheel size and offsets seem fine and i dont think you need to do anything since youre not super low. if you plan to go lower then like MIGS said look into camber and stretch tires. as far as pics go there is a wheel fitment thread and im sure you'll be able to find something with a bit of digging.

So if I get these wheel sizes/offsets I'll be good since I only have Tanabe springs? Will it look bad if I have tire stretch without being slammed?

Try it out and if it rubs, roll your fenders

Refer to the last couple of pages of the fitment thread. I posted some stuff on my personal car. The rears are similar, with the exception of me running 18's with 30 offsets in the rear. So yours will stick out 10mm more than mine.

Yeah I kinda figured I'd need to roll the fenders with that offset lol.

Does anyone know where I can get wheels with these measurements? I have looked all over Google and eBay and other wheel websites, can't seem to find any?

Your fronts WILL be poking without serious camber.
