problem on wiring cruise control please help!!!

Default problem on wiring cruise control please help!!!
I have a 97 SC300 with Celica 3 spoke steering wheel but I am putting a stock Lexus steering back on. I believe the stock steering wheel I bought is from 92-96 so the plugs are different than my stock plug. Can anyone please help me on how to wire the cruise control and the horn up. Is there a diagram or some instructions.
