Klause, can you please elaborate on the TSX projector deal. I understand the rest. Do you mean TSX as in the Acura TSX or is TSX a company? Noobe here

First off "that company" is banned because they don't pay to be a sponsor here so club lexus doesn't want their name to be promoted. TSX projectors from an Acura TSX fit very well in our headlights with a simple bracket. If you're new the retrofitting there's a lot of research ahead for you, but it's worth it. The overall job is fairly simple once you understand what you're doing.

SCNV
which would be better, swapping the clear lens from the eBay light, or delining my stock headlights??
Deffinatly swapping the lenses!, ive id it in the past its pretty easy, take everyone's advice dont use the lights as is there TRASH. If you want a halo I had one custom in mine from computer fan that was real ccfl.

remember we dont drive a Honda..

now correct me if Im like said "old timer", but headlights that you cannot adjust the beam position are cheap.

You want up to date, ADJUSTABLE headlights, that look good? Take Klaus's advice and do it right.
The crappy ebay headlights can be adjusted, into everyone else on the roads eyes or completely at the ground. I finally pulled the entire things apart the other day to put in my own cut off line so that maybe I could use them a little while longer (turns out aliga is out of headlights at the moment). These are crap, garbage, p.o.s. headlights that shouldnt even be sold legally. Oh and btw, Im not an old timer, I bought the car with these pieces of shlt, so i dont even know what it like to have real headlights on my car

p.s. the CCFL's which stand for "cold cathode fluorescent lamp", isnt really a ccfl. all it is, is 2 plastic rings with light bulbs behind them.

TSX projectors

Klaus is on the money...Take the stock lights and:
1) Replace the OEM projectors with a high end HID projector retrofit, such as the TSX, Audi or BMW lenses
2) High end ballasts such as Denso or Phillips
3) Phillips D2S bulbs
4) Clear lens swap from the ebay headlights.

Only way to go...

For those of you that have not seen them, Mine:

Some of you won't like the LED Daytime running lights, but I do, that is why I added them.

Custom cut from an RX 300 OEM reflector. I used 1 for each side...

SEM, high gloss with separate Clear and UV protectant. I may open them back up later and match with the PPG Global I painted the car with. But looks so good as it is, I may have no need to change it out.

Here is the a pic of the ebay lights on my car. They okay for the price and they look pretty good I do get the odd head turning. So all in all they are not bad for what they are. Would be cool to something like SC400TT, those look really good but I don't have the experience on separating the lens from the housing. Here is the pic anyway.
