I got a quote, from Shannons i think, and it was $4400 per year with the car value at $16000.

Perfect driving record. Passed everything with flying colours, but I'm under 25, and a guy so our ***** insurers don't give a dam.

I just got $2000/year from AIS as a 19-year-old with 20 months licensed driving experience, no accidents, 4-points, one speeding over 100mph. That is as good as it will get for me until that speeding ticket clears. I used to get $1200/year without the ticket from AAA premium membership (full coverage, no deductible, free road-side, etc).

Try Auto Insurance Specialists, Bristol West, Geico, Eastwood, Survivor, and other b-grade companies.
