No head work, fully stock excepted for the BC 264's as far as internals. As for street ability, lets say the car has none from 1st thru 3rd.. However there are a set of solid dif mounts to help eliminate some wheel hop..
If you are considering doing a build like this , I say go for it . Boost is very addicting , so do it big and take your time to do it right..
Supporting mods, lots of fuel and of course a good tuner.. Two in tank Walbro 255's. and -8 to support them. A good stand alone is recommended this car is using a PSI EMS.. Another then that it's a great motor to start with.

Well let me bring this to light for the enquiring minds,
First the car was on a 21 lb map (boost setting A) the owner had put some 93 octane (3 gals) at towers to get out to Mexico and it appears that the car was starving for fuel due to the 2 in tank pumps (low fuel) and the inexperienced owner.
The car seems to have leaned out at the top of 4th gear in a pull, torched a piston and susequently created blow by and caused some oil to blow out thru covers and land on the exhaust header and turbo housing creating a small fire that was able to be extinguished by simply blowing on it.
There are no pieces all over a particular highway and if you close the hood no visual evidence of a fire the insulating mat on the underside of the hood is lightly burnt but didn't even fall from the hood, there are no rods protruding from the side of the motor and the oil pan is complete with no holes.
This failure is more related to driver error and lack of knowledge, than a failure from the actual workings of the engine or the management.
The car will return shortly and with a more vigilant owner (school of hard knocks$$$) is a great teacher!!
