Default Cooling

Does anyone have experience with a high performance radiator and electric fans on the SC400? Any recommendations? Is it worth it?
Also, I am just about to order a TC and might add an aux tranny cooler at the same time. Again, any recommendations?

Thanks

No need for the electric fan; just look and you will understand. As far as radiators, I honestly don't know. Its rare you hear people upgrading them, so the OEM must not be that bad. Trany cooler is an excellent addition to a TC upgrade, I'd recommend it.

Default Range

Unless your engine water jacket cooling system goes outside the control range of the thermostat you don't have need for a more efficient radiator, it will do you no good whatsoever!

And a really simple way to raise your radiator efficiency is to get a 10-15F higher thermostat along with a higher pressure sealing cap. Improves gas mileage substantially also.

Question

By removing the belt driven fan, aren't you making it easier on the engine?

Mistical,

SC300s have the belt driven fan, but SC400s don't.
