Well all black chrome is just a powder coat over chrome- I'll check on this too. FYI if you find an awesome set of chrome wheels you like, you can get them black chromed at a decent coater
Yep, the IS wheels do come in black chrome. Not sure what year tho.
All good pointers and info. But I need a little more aggressive wheel than those.
