Default Yet Another Noob Question

Im getting ready to order my rear wheels and tires and I want to make sure this is right.
Im ordering 18x9.5 wheels with 275/35/18 Yokohama S drives but the wheels are only availible in a 50 or 25 offset, so if I get the 25 offset Id have to roll my fenders, right?
Ive read the fitment guide multiple times and have done the math over and over again but I just wanted to quadruple check.

You should read through this thread. The first part is very informative.

I specifically said I already read through that thread. I just needed a final answer because Im litterally on the edge of what some people say is possible to do without rolling the fender and what some people say isnt possible without rolling the fender
