Default (Updated page 3) Should I get satin black powder coat? (Poll and pics inside)

I've been contemplating on getting my wheels powder coated satin black for a while now. I barely got Photoshop and now I'm able to do mods before I do it haha. I quickly did my wheels and I have to say first that I'm not a Photoshop master and also this will look much better in real life, and ultimately, I'm quite satisfied with the outcome. However, I have second thoughts here and there. Just wanted to know what some of you guys think.

What the car currently looks like right now is what it looks like in my signature to give you an idea.

he said it all, powder coating your wheels will make them look like ***, you have quite a lip on your wheels now and you'll ruin it making it all black, wheels will look like some cheap knock offs from a knock off...

Black rims on a visually stock looking white SC looks terrible in my opinion.

Black rims only look decent on black cars for that "murdered-out/stealth" look that the kids love these days. Or on cars with a really aggressive body (which a stock SC does not have).

I say keep them stock or do black with a chrome lip. With all black wheels, you can't even see the design, just giant black wheels.

I am with you there. What do you like? Are you going for a more modern theme, or are you sticking to the usual path? I personally like the black wheels, it would look better with the lip left the chrome/polished. But I am also younger than most, and most teenagers believe the darker the better on everything. So its up too you. Either way your car will look good. Keep us updated.
