Hmmmm, first of all, I dont know that I believe the mileage on the SC. It looks a little ratty to me for that mileage, and with all the "sweet mods" done to it, I would be scared of what else the PO did to it. It's up to you in the end, but don't get your "heaps" confused is my advice.

Well at least you ran the check first, however you're in FL so it's probably not that hard to find a decent SC down there, lol. At least you're not looking for one in Kansas like I am!

simple, get the impala, sell it, idk you should get about 10k for it, fairly new car
that 10k will not only get a clean stock sc, but also some change left for tasteful mods, rims, exhaust, susp. etc

hell 1jz 5spd cars are going in below 10k range so dont be ***** aching and do what i tell you if you want yourself a sc, i did and its god damn solid tank and i love them

For 10k you could get a 400 with the vvti motor, but it will likely have a lot more miles on it. I paid 9k for my '99 with 130k. Try to find a stock one.

You can get a nice SC with $10k. You could easily get a 97+ SC or get a boosted SC for that much.

I wouldnt buy one like that. Its no fun cause it will never be your car. My suggestion buy a stock car and modify it yourself. With just 6-7k you could get a beautiful SC and have extra to blow on mods or invest in something else in your life

you can tell that cars been wrecked it doesn't even have a 97 rear bumper anymore..

If you where spending just a hair more you could probably by my Rare 97 RSP sc300 with black interior and turbo with many other things..
