this is semi embarrassing, i can't find the kick panel for my car (92 sc300) i've looked and i just can't find! my climate control went out i bought a new one.. but the same problem is occurring with the new one. i found some good ideas on other posts, but i just cant find the thing!

Are you talking about the fuse box? There's one under the hood and another one on the driver's side at the A pillar.

wow im retarded, i kept looking for a fuse box cover but there wasnt one, found it. sorry for the dumb question
