Default NOOb question ?? Supra Tanabes on a sc 300...

My friend is offering me these for $800 (93-98 supra Tanabe Sustec Pro Five TSE5012 coilovers) seems like a good deal however, I am looking for a stock ride with a 2 inch drop...

Will the ride be rough ?
Will I burn tires due to alignment ?

Peace and Thanx

just get some aftermarket springs with some aftermarket shocks.

for what you're wanting, it dosen't seem like C/Os are even necessary.

I am guessing that this is what you have for a setup... I want a lower drop than what I hear the (sc300) tanabes will give me. Should I use the Supra version in order to get that 2 in drop and smooth ride I am looking for?

and Thanx to all for responding !!!

"smooth ride " is subjective.

Default Megan Springs? your thoughts please...

Gentlemen being that I am looking for a smooth 2" lowered ride, what do you think of Megan racing springs for the:

Supra
sc300

I hear the drop is .5 lower on the supra spring but is it rough ? is the drop gonna be more than 2"?

Please tell me your experiences with them so i dont have to learn the hard way...

Peace and Thanx

I got the Tanabes... I love the soft setting, however there is a bounce that id like to get rid of... When I switch to the firmer setting will that give me more or less bounce ???

THANK YOU GENTLEMEN FOR ALL THE ADVICE !!!
