I just recently did this, I looks AWESOME!!

If you have a 92-94 Sc400 with the bottom lip, paint it the same color as your car and it will look sweet!

I'll take some pictures this week and post them!

I am going to do this for my '95 but also want to upgrade the rear bumper.

Only problem is that replacing the rear bumper to a '97+ style also requires the little cladding panels that fit on the lower rear portion of the fender. The Lexus dearlership quoted $500.00 a piece! Ouch... the side skirts are only about $230.00 but I guess it's not the size of the part that matters.

I am checking Carson Toyota to see what kind of price they have.

Whew!! Correction... Dearlership made a mistake, those little panels are $90.00. Much better than $500!

No no...side skirts are not $230. I sell them on my website for $550.

Hmm...maybe I should run a special next month for sideskirts

OK, here are the prices from Northside Lexus here in Houston.

Lower Side Cladding (Left) $243.46
Lower Side Cladding (Right) $243.46
Rear Bumper Cover $334.56
Lower Rear Panel Cladding (Left) $91.38
Lower Rear Panel Cladding (Right) $91.38
Tail Lamp Assy (Left) $210.33
Tail Lamp Assy (Right) $210.33
Fog Lamp (Left) $147.23
Fog Lamp (Right) $147.23

I do not have exact prices on the 97+ front bumper/foam and grill because these are being ordered by the body shop since my car was hit on the front end. I think the bumper, grill and foam all together is roughly $500. Also, I do not know if the parts listed above come with all the necessary hardware like some of the deals on SC400.com and others have access to on this board.

If anyone can beat these prices let me know!

Call Steve Ganz @ Carson Toyota, he's cheaper on every single one of those parts. If he's not there ask for Gordon Miguel or Angel.
