Headlight condensation/dull question

Headlight condensation/dull question
I have only notice pre 97 SC driverside headlight with this problem I have yet to see a 97 or newer SC with the problem has anyone see a 97+ with it?

You probably don't see it on '97's much because there aren't too many '97+ out and they haven't be out long enough. New '92 SC's didn't have a problem either back in '92...
The seams get loose over time. I have re-siliconed one of my headlights and is has lessened the amount of moisture I get after a car wash...I suspect that if I do the ENTIRE topside of the headlight (I only did it up to the turn signal since I didn't remove the headlight), it will fix the problem....actually, I'm thinking about just doing a whole new set of headlights...then double sealing them before I put them in....
