Soarer Digital Cluster in an SC?

Hey guys, I've modded and successfully fit and worked a 97+ SC cluster in a 95. I was wondering what it would take(other than the cluster itself) to have it working in an SC? I know the Soarer unit uses the km aspect. Would that present some sort of problem?

No the KPH wont be an issue you can chnage that with an HKS SLD but you would need to find a Soarer under dash harness to start modding it and also a Soarer fuel sending unit to have the fuel gauge working. Those are just some of the things i know needs to be done for that conversion.

The problem isnt modifying the cluster to fit the problem is the 100 of sensors the soarer has the sc doesnt. Buy a soarer or live life without one. Yes it possible cause when it comes to modifying cars anything is possible. But with the time and money its going to take its not worth it.

It is probably not worth doing because of the work involved but the V8 digital dash, wiring, km converter and the other components could be sourced from over here in the UK. It shouldn't be expensive or difficult to obtain the parts as plenty of Soarers are being scrapped at present. I'm not sure about shipping costs though.
I think the digital dash suits the sophistication of the early 90s Soarer with stuff like ultrasonic mirrors, TEMS, 4WS, TRC, reverse camera, etc but I do wonder if it deters lots of other potential owners.
My 1UZ and 1JZ dashboards have received plenty of criticism in the past so for those that prefer needles and dials to digits and graphics, please look away now.
