Well here’s my situation. I’m getting ready to send my needles off to olt and I want to do the blue waterfalls BUT the needles I have are the ones with the "red face” and I read somewhere you can only redo these kind in red. If anybody is down to trade me for a set of white faced needles let me know! My needles are in typical sc400 shape (typical lighting problems) everything else is perfect.

why not just pay him an extra 50 or 60 and do away with the fuss?

for some needles that can be made into any color (forgot from which SC model). I had the same problem and instead of waiting, I just asked if he had any of them and paid him extra. No fuss, and got mine 5 days later.

Aren't 92-94 white, then 95-96 red? Your profile says '94 SC.

if they are anything like the needles in the new toyotas/lexus u can take the red of the needles by scrapping it off with like razor blade or something and then just painting it white. thats what i did for my car. the red should only be on the back part.

yea i’ve read that somewhere too. but they said the earlier production 94s have white needles, and the later production 94s have the red needles like the 95-96. so i guess mine was produced later in the year.

yea i tried looking into that myself but i don’t think i want to take a chance a mess them up even more. ha.
