Is it hard to replace? i have a long streak across the top of mine...pissing me off. and i would like to replace it.. anyone done it themselves?

I also have a crack in my glass and was looking into replacing the glass for my sc300 ... I ran across the following link :

Didn't seem all that hard ... now I just need to find some glass in good shape for cheap ... =) ...
