yo guys.

yeah as per topic - what's a list of steering wheels that will go onto the soarer / SC that will still have the airbag work?

i've seen SC430 (z40) wheels in Z30 soarer.. would the airbag work or would that be purely for looks?



btw that interior looks a little bit nice if i say so myself

but yeah!

what wheels will bolt up to SC / Soarer?

also i've heard that there are adapters for single stage airbag that will adapt to dual stage airbag??

RX300 and GS steering wheel are adaptable from wat I know so far.

RX300, second generation GS', 99+ SC's and I think the third generation ES300's all fit. You can also use the three spoke steering wheels from the Supra and a dew other Toyota's.

haha that's a car in japan guys.. I was going to buy it my agent showed me the pics and I lost my marbles.. then I saw how much aftermarket stuff there was on it, big brake kit.. rims. airbag suspension, paint job. tint. this car had the works. very nice car. also had 97 upgrade body whole way through.. a lot of yen had been spent on that car.. shame it is a 1992! :-(

..actually come to think of it.. it's a 92 soarer.. that's why he's rocking an sc430 wheel. he has no airbag to worry about!

but yeah.. you guys put up a neat list for me, thank you.. but i'm unfamiliar with my lexus's.. i'm strictly an import guy haha, so i'd need to see what the wheels look like..

Oh another thing. The australian crew here talk about airbag connectors.. Would that be a catalyst for a dual stage airbag? :-)

More importantly, we should make a list of steering wheels that is known 100% to retain the airbag, cruise control and such.
