Default driver side vents not blowing cold air?

The driver side vents are not blowing cold air, the pass. side ones are. Anyone have this problem. A/C appears charged up, with 65lb of pressure on the low side.

Also might be related or might not, but have been having small black pieces of what appears to be foam coming out of the dash vents as well.

Check to see if your A/C filter is stuck or broke off. It is on the passenger side under the glove box.

The black **** is the foam seals applied to the heater ducts, it breaks up over time.

As both side vents are connected it could be there is an obstruction in the drivers side vent or the pipe has become detached behind the dash panel.

What does the filter look like? Do I access it via removing the panel under the glove box, or the glove box itself.

edit: found the location, no filter there though. Some dirt fell out reached up there could feel the condensor fins but no filter.

The dirverside vents blow air as hard as the passenger vents, just the air is not cold. How do I access the duct work (me hoping remove the dash is not the answer)
