im still thinkin about these...hmmm i could
-chop these up and mod my 92-94 tails
-get a set of 95's and clear the bottom
-red these and try and make the reverse light a little smaller by partially redding then out
you can get'em from your local lexus dealer for like 25$

Yeah I have a hangup on this too. White 94 with gold package and I'm thinking about getting these lights as they look 10 times better than stock. I'm going to red out the reverse lights and do a little fancy work on the relocating where the reverse lights are. The gold emblems don't look good with these lights- silver ones would look way better. As for the debadge, remember you're going to have holes where the LEXUS and SC400 emblems are.

I rarely see any sc's in my area with them at all.
I realize your sort of biased against the gold emblems but what do you think about the gold emblems on a gold car?--Do you think it would go better than say on his white car?

Lol sorry after re-reading my post it sounds a little condesending..
Personally I can't really stand badges at all. They distract me from a lot of the curves and lines of a car (maybe its just me). In other words, it makes the rear end too busy.. I think badge-less is much cleaner but then again i'm pretty picky.
My sc is white and I had gold badges (then silver and since have been removed) and I loved the gold at first.
I like gold on gold cars in the same way I like black emblems on black cars. It flows well. To answer your question, yes gold flows better on gold than white but to each his own. i don't make the rules, i just give my input lol
