hey, i wasn't suggesting that it would be free. i was just seeing if i could buy a used one for less than the factory will charge me. cause they want like 750 for the front and 550 for the sides...a bit pricey for stock parts.

Don't forget, the rear bumper is COMPLETELY different. I just looked at one closely today and not only does it have a "skirt" at the bottom (w/o the rear, the front/side will look funny), but the area around the tail lights are shaped different (not just the opening, but the entire "platform" portion of the rear bumper.)
You also need the quarter panel spoilers (on the bottom) otherwise, the sideskirt to rear bumper transition will look completely wrong...and if you want to do it COMPLETELY right, you need new fender trim also...but you can just trim your existing fender trim.

http://www.oem-car-parts.com
This site sells the front bumper (Front Bumper, Bumper Assembly, 1997-00, Bumper Cover, Bumper Cover ) for $269.36.
Front grille insert for $90.85.
Fog lamps for $122.44 each. $244.88 for both.
Side skirts (Pillars, Rocker & Floor, Exterior Trim, Rocker Molding, Rocker Molding) for $202.74 each. $405.48 for both.
Rear bumper side moldings (Quarter Panel, Exterior Trim, Rear Molding, Rear Molding) are $76.09 each. $152.18 for both.
Total price w/o tax and shipping came out to $1,166.75.
But thats only for the bumper, skirts, and rear molding. I don't know if is a bolt on replacement or would you need to buy the 97+ clips, fastners, side molding protecters, front energy absorber, etc, etc...
Does anyone know or have done this already?
