Exclamation S.O.S. Please Help. SC400 wont start!!! Any ideas?

So my SC400 won't start and I can't for the life of me solve the problem. Let me start by telling what happened.

I went on a 100 mile joy ride and the car was running like a champ like always. I stop at the shell station by my house to fill her up. I put $30 in the tank then hop in the car and she wont start. She is turning over but not starting.

So the diagnosis began. I noticed my CEL was not coming on with the car in the on position while not running. Which indicated a bad ecu so I got one out of another 93 SC400 and put it in. The CEL is back but car still wont start.

A car needs 3 things to run. Fuel spark and timing. I pulled the ignition wires and I'm getting a spark. I can hear the injectors delivering fuel and the timing is on the money.

So do you have any ideas on why she wont start?

you are right, air, fuel, spark. did you check both coils?
are the spark plugs wet with fuel?
have you checked fuses yet?

I just did the 12v bypass so its not the controller. I can hear the fuel pump working plus I have fuel flowing through the injectors. I'm rechecking to see if I have spark on all 8 cylinders. I'm thinking it could be the ignition relay in the fuse box possibly??? I'm still trying to get to the bottom of this. I have to go back to work on Thursday so I have a day and a half. Thanks for all the help and ideas. Please keep them coming.

Did the alarm go off anytime before you got into the car? Because my sc has a kill switch thing, which means that if I got into the car when the alarm went off, then the car will not turn on what so ever until you close the door and unlock it from the outside..

Probabaly not, but just something to think about..

so, most likey sources of no fire are bad relay or blown fuse.
the 1uz will run on 1/2 cylinders (at least, mine did).

(or a broke t-belt...)

So far I have replaced the ecu. I have done the 12 volt fuel computer bypass. I have replaced the ignition coils on both side and still no spark. The computer is not throwing any codes. I'm still thinking its the ignition main relay or possibly the ignition switch. Thanks for all the help and ideas guys. Please keep them coming. As I search the forum I have found that there are a bunch of reasons for are cars to randomly not start but still have not found the answer to my problem.

I installed a new ignition relay and still no start. The new computer is throwing 4 codes 14,15,24,78. the 78 is from the fuel ecu bypass. 24 is iat sensor. and 14 and 15 are ignition signal.any ideas of a fix?
