Oregon is weird in that we don't smog our cars at mechanics, we have to get it done at a place called DEQ (department of environmental quality) so I cant just bribe them. Also I'm pretty sure if the car is post1996 they have tointerface with the obd2 system.

thanks for all the positive feedback guys. I definitely have learned that doing anything to cars is always going to cost more than originally planned, and I can deal to an extent. But what would be the cost effective way to go NA-T because the cheapest kit I've seen on Horsepowerfreaks.com was around 5,000 if I remember correctly.
Contact J.R. at ETS and see if they still manufacture the kit... J.R. knows more about this SC300 engine than me... http://www.extremeturbosystems.com/
I had some issue with that and I've installed AEM-EMS and solved the problem...

But my initial turbo setup had 320 rwhp with stock tranny and which was fine but I upgraded to bigger turbo, bigger injectors and JR recommended to go with Supra tranny...
