After being in school for over a year non stop I decided to take this 1st half of summer off and get to work on my car again. This past Saturday I managed to find more stuff to remove from the inside of the car. Also took the head off and started prepping for the new head gasket, valve seals, and head studs. Unbolted the w58 from the old motor and the clutch and flywheel still look new clutch actually still has the sticker on it!! Should have the head back on by Thursday.

Yea man it's crazy how much work it is just to swap the stock 97 stuff on. Taking off either bumper is a pain. I'm glad that I initially told the body shop I wanted them to put everything on.

I Inspected my ECU last night & found 4 capaciters that were leaking, causing various minor problems (I presume)...found an electronics store locally to replace the capaciters & 1 resistor they found...should get it back in a couple of days :-)

Drove an hr like this to pick up a siebon CF hood, lets just say taking off your hood at 10pm by yourself is worth a $120 CF hood.

Put a newer passenger side lower control arm on.
Got an alignment.
My balljoint was ready to give on that side too!
Pulled my fender liner and relocated my passenger side airbag wires to avoid rubbage. It was already eating into the yellow sheath from rubbing.
